Our apartment in Playa Paraíso (Costa Calida - Region of Murcia) is located on the second floor and offers a unique sea view of the Mar Menor (region of Murcia) and a side view of the protected natural area of the Salinas (salt lakes) de Marchamalo. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms and two very spacious terraces (both 14 m2) with sea and mountain view. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen and living room with smart TV, satellite TV and wifi. Air conditioning and shutters are equally available. On the 8000 m2 enclosed private property, you can enjoy a large swimming pool with sunbathing lawn, wellness, fitness room, children's playground, beach volleyball square, outdoor lounge area and birdwatching hut with a view on the natural reserve. There is underground private parking.
