About us

We are Kurt and Anne and bought an apartment in the Algarve in October 2017. We chose the Algarve because this region continues to fascinate because this beautiful rocky coast is interspersed with the most beautiful sandy beaches. The Algarve has been voted the best European beach destination for 3 years now. Armaçao de Pera has one of the largest and widest sandy beaches in the Algarve. And also an long beach promenade with numerous bars, restaurants and shops. From the beach you can walk or take a boat to the beautiful rock formations and caves of the western Algarve. In the summer, the city bustles with activity. 5 km away are 4 water parks (slide & splash, zoomarine, Banzai Boggan and aqualand).

In 2021 we bought a new-build apartment near La Manga in the south of Spain (Murcia region). If you want to enjoy a luxury stay in this region, choose this apartment with frontal sea view and directly on the beautiful sandy beach. On the spacious terrace you can enjoy the Mar Menor, the Little Sea, all day long. This area enjoys a micro-climate which makes it nice and warm in summer and winter.
